Do you transcribe Swiss German or Austrian dialects?
No. I only transcribe standard German audio and video files. I do not transcribe Swiss German, Austrian German or strong regional dialects. Please send me your file before ordering so I can check whether it matches my service.
Can you separate different speakers?
Yes. I can add speaker labels if the speakers are clearly distinguishable in the audio or video file.
Do you transcribe poor audio quality?
Only if the speech is clearly understandable. Please send me your file before ordering so I can check the audio quality first.
What transcription style do you provide?
I provide clean verbatim transcription. This means I remove filler words, repetitions and false starts while keeping the meaning accurate.
Do you add timestamps?
No. This gig does not include timestamps. I provide clean German transcription without timestamps.
Do you use automatic transcription software?
I may use professional tools to support the workflow, but every transcript is carefully checked and edited manually for accuracy and readability.
Which file formats do you accept?
I accept common audio and video formats such as MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV and similar formats. You can also send a download link through Fiverr.
Can you deliver faster?
Express delivery may be available depending on the file length and audio quality. Please contact me before ordering.
Can you transcribe YouTube videos?
Yes. I can transcribe German YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, meetings, lectures, webinars and other German audio or video files.
Do you translate the transcript into English?
No. This gig is for German transcription only. I will convert German audio or video into a written German transcript.
