What do you need to start?
Please send a dimensioned 2D floor plan, AutoCAD file, PDF, clear hand sketch, or image. Also provide the total floor area, measurement unit, door and window locations, and any furniture or style references.
Can you work from a hand-drawn sketch?
Yes, provided the sketch is clear and includes the necessary dimensions. If it must be redrawn or interpreted extensively, I will send a custom offer.
What is included in one revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes based on the original instructions, such as material, furniture, or minor placement adjustments. A new layout, additional floor, or major redesign is a separate service.
Is the SketchUp source file included?
The source file is included in Standard and Premium. It can be added to Basic as a paid extra.
Does Basic include furniture?
No. Basic shows the architectural layout with walls, doors, windows, flooring, and simple materials. Choose Standard or Premium for furniture.
Can you redesign my floor plan?
Minor furniture planning can be included. Architectural layout redesign, structural changes, or alternative plans require a custom offer.
Can you create several floors?
Yes. Each package covers one floor. Please message me with the area and number of floors for a custom quote.
Do you provide construction or permit drawings?
Not in this Gig. This service provides 3D floor-plan visualization. Construction, permit, structural, and MEP drawings are quoted separately.
Can you deliver within 24 hours?

What files will I receive?
