What do you need to start my project?
Please send an accurate floor plan or room measurements, photos or a short video of the existing space, your preferred style, inspiration images, required furniture and equipment, colour preferences, and any items that must remain.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for a compact desk area or small study corner, Standard for one complete home-office room, and Premium for a larger home office, executive room, or compact commercial workspace. Please contact me if you are unsure.
Do you design commercial offices?
Yes. The Premium package can cover one compact commercial office within the listed size limit. Large offices, multiple rooms, reception areas, conference rooms, or open-plan workplaces require a custom offer.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the approved design, such as colours, materials, furniture placement, or small details. A new concept, changed room dimensions, or a major layout redesign is additional work.
Can you work without a floor plan?
Yes, if you provide clear and accurate room measurements, including wall lengths, ceiling height, door and window positions, and photos or video. Incomplete dimensions may delay the project.
Are technical drawings included?
No. The listed packages focus on interior design, 3D modelling, and visualization. Detailed construction drawings, electrical plans, ceiling plans, joinery drawings, or quantity schedules can be quoted separately.
Will I receive the source file?
The source file is included in the Standard and Premium packages. Basic buyers can add it as an extra. Please confirm the required software format before ordering.
Can you use my existing furniture or brand colours?
Yes. Please provide photos, dimensions, product links, model numbers, logos, or brand guidelines. Highly detailed custom modelling may require an extra charge.
Do you provide animation or 360-degree views?
Yes, these can be added as paid extras or included in a custom offer. The price and delivery time depend on the space size, duration, and level of detail.
