I clean one values-only XLSX or CSV: one worksheet, up to 1,000 data rows and 10 columns. The listed 100 items plus 900 extra rows are included at no extra charge.

I trim extra spaces and standardize text, dates and numbers using your rules. IDs and leading zeros are preserved. Missing or unclear values are flagged without guessing. I keep the original file unchanged.

With your approval, I remove only rows identical across all supplied columns BEFORE cleaning, keeping the first original row. Matches created by cleaning are only flagged.

You receive the cleaned XLSX or CSV and a short change summary in 2 days, with 2 revisions within the original scope. Send the file and cleaning rules when ordering; message me with a sample first if unsure about fit.

Not included: web research, enrichment, PDF/image transcription, complex formulas, dashboards, manual fact checking, or a reusable script. New files or rules require a separate quote.
