This is a light beta read, focused on overall impressionsnot detailed editing.
You will receive a concise reader report with feedback on major elements, including:
- structure and organization
- flow and pacing
- clarity and readability
- plot holes or confusing sections
- overall engagement and high/low points
For general (non-technical) documents, feedback may also include:
- clarity and conciseness
- audience alignment
- tone and effectiveness
This service is feedback only. I do not proofread, edit, rewrite, or verify content. Your voice and ideas remain unchanged--my goal is to highlight what works and what may need improvement from a readers perspective.
Pricing is based on word count (base price is for 5,000 words--up to 25,000 words max). Please review your word count before ordering or message me with questions.

What does your beta reading include?
I provide a reader report with feedback on structure, flow, clarity, pacing, and overall engagement. I highlight confusing sections, plot holes (for fiction), and areas that may need improvement.
Do you proofread or edit my document?
No. This is feedback only. I do not correct grammar, rewrite content, or perform line editing.
How detailed is your feedback?
This is a light beta read. Feedback is high-level and focused on major elements, not detailed line-by-line critique.
Can you provide more detailed feedback?
Not at this time, but I hope to include this option in the future.
What types of documents do you accept?
Short stories, novellas, and general audience (non-technical) documents such as essays, articles, and general business content.
Do you review technical or specialized content?
No. I focus on content that can be understood without specialized or technical knowledge.
Do you review poetry or song lyrics?
No. I do not review poetry or song lyrics, as these are highly personal and subjective forms of writing that require a different type of feedback than I offer.
Will you comment directly in my document?
No. Feedback is provided in a separate report.
What will I receive?

How do you charge for longer documents?
The base price includes up to 5,000 words. Additional words are priced in 10,000-word increments, up to 25,000 words total. If your document exceeds 25,000 words, please contact me for a custom quote.
