About this Gig
Do you have these exact errors in your Play Console or Email? If you are facing any of the following errors, your payout is currently on hold, and I can fix them for you:
- "We need more information... The rationale you've submitted is not clear."
- "Your account is suspended and payout is on hold... until we can verify that you're an authorized merchant."
- "You're currently unable to receive payouts because there's a hold on your payments account."
How I will fix this: I don't use copy-paste appeals. I will securely check your Google Payments profile via AnyDesk/TeamViewer to find the exact mismatch (Name, Tax info, or ID). Then, I will guide you to submit the correct "rationale" and documents.
The Final Result: Once the issue is resolved, you will receive the success email from Google: "Your payments account has been cleared... you can continue to receive payouts from Google," and your pending balance (like $1,500+) will be released!

FAQ
Do I need to share my Gmail password with you?
No, not at all! Your account security is my top priority. I will work remotely via AnyDesk or TeamViewer directly on your computer. You don't need to share your login credentials with me.
What does the error "the rationale you've submitted is not clear" mean?
This error means Google rejected the documents or the explanation you provided during identity or merchant verification. I will help you find the exact mistake and submit the correct format to get it approved.
Can you guarantee that my suspended payout account will be cleared?
While I have extensive experience and know exactly what Google requires, the final approval is always up to the Google Support team. However, I will ensure your appeal and documents are 100% compliant with their strict policies.
How long does it take for Google to clear the account after fixing?
Once we submit the correct documents and the perfect rationale, Google typically takes anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to review and restore your payout access.
