Douga (動画どうが) really just means "video" in Japanese. It's a common word in japanese. In animation its used to refer to the process of making the final lines on the anime. In western terms this may be closes to Clean up and Inbetween.

Genga (原画げんが) is the Japanese term for Key Animation. It consists of Layout, where the animation work and composition is created, and Cleanup, where corrections are applied and clean drawings are made.
