I write restaurant SOPs (standard operating procedures), printable checklists and operations manuals from your own operation, not from a template.
Your shift leads repeat the same instructions every day, new hires quit in their first weeks, and each site runs its own way. That is what written systems are for.
What you get, ready to use on the floor:

Why me: 7 years in operations, leading teams of up to 150 people. As a manager at a McDonald's restaurant, I hired the full team for an opening, set up the first P&L plans and control standards, trained new hires and coached managers. As a regional manager, I ran hiring and production processes for 3 restaurants at once.
How I work: you answer a short brief and I write from your operation. I use AI tools (Claude) for layout and first drafts, then review every line.
Not included: employment contracts, labor law advice, food safety plans, payroll, accounting.

FAQ
Is this only for restaurants?
No. It fits any shift-based business with one or more sites: cafes, bakeries, retail stores, cleaning or staffing teams. My own background is restaurants and temp staffing, so my examples come from there.
Will the documents follow my local food safety and labor rules?
I write operating steps, not legal documents or a certified food safety plan (HACCP). Tell me which local rules apply and I place them in the right steps, but you or your advisor must check them. No employment contracts or labor law advice.
Do you use AI to write the documents?
Yes. I use Claude for layout and first drafts. The content comes from your brief and my own field experience, and I review every line before delivery. If you need an order without AI tools, tell me before ordering and I will confirm whether I can take it.
What files will I receive?
Editable Word or Google Docs files, plus a PDF for printing. Trackers come in Excel or Google Sheets, your choice. Everything is yours to edit and reuse across your sites.
Can you cover more sites, roles or SOPs?
Yes. Premium covers up to 3 sites, 3 roles and 5 SOPs. For a larger scope, message me before ordering and I will send a custom offer. The tracker has one tab per site plus a summary tab, so adding sites is simple.
Do we get to talk during the order?
Premium includes a 45-minute video call through Fiverr to review the drafts together. For Basic and Standard we work by Fiverr messages, so every decision stays in writing. I work in English and French.
Can you also write hiring documents?
Yes. Premium includes hiring kits for up to 3 roles. Any package can add a hiring kit for one role as an extra: job ad, role scorecard, scored interview grid, candidate tracker and first-week onboarding plan.
