I will design power electronics and converters
About this Gig
I provide professional power electronics and PCB design services, from concept evaluation to complete hardware ready for manufacturing. My work covers AC/DC and DC/DC converter design, analog and mixed-signal circuits, analog or STM32-based control, sensing front-ends, and reliable high-power layouts.
What I can help you with:
Feasibility analysis, requirement review, design optimization
Schematic capture for analog, digital, and power systems
PCB layout focused on safety, EMI, thermal performance and manufacturability
AC/DC and DC/DC converter topologies (buck, boost, flyback, forward, PSFB...)
Measurement interfaces, drivers, low-noise analog circuits, protection circuits, EMI filtering
Design reviews, troubleshooting, simulations and documentation
Workflow:
I start by understanding your requirements, reviewing constraints, and validating the concept. Then I prepare schematics, layout, BOM, simulations or prototypes depending on the selected package. You receive clear communication, structured files, and engineering support throughout the project.
Prototyping is available as an additional service (PCB andcomponents billed separately).
Final price depens on the project.

FAQ
What information do you need to start the project?
To begin, I need a description of your idea, input/output requirements, expected power levels, dimensions, constraints, and any existing schematics or reference designs. If you are unsure, I can help define the requirements.
Can you work with both AC/DC and DC/DC converter designs?
Yes. I design buck/boost, flyback, resonant, half-bridge, full-bridge, PFC stages, sensing circuits, drivers, and control hardware. For AC/DC I also handle safety, isolation, thermal and EMI considerations.
Do you design high-power or high-voltage circuits?
Yes, but the exact limits depend on the project. Please contact me first with your requirements so I can confirm feasibility.
Is prototyping included in the packages?
Prototyping is available as an extra service. PCB fabrication and component costs are charged separately. I can assemble, test and validate the prototype if requested.
Will you provide manufacturing files?
Yes. I deliver Gerber files, fabrication drawings, BOM, schematics and any other files required for production depending on the selected package.
Can you help me improve or fix an existing design?
Absolutely. I can review schematics, PCB layout, performance issues, thermal problems, EMI noise, or failed prototypes and propose reliable solutions.
Can you also develop firmware for the power converter or control system?
Yes, I can develop STM32 firmware for real-time control, ADC sensing, protections, PWM, and basic communication (UART/SPI/I2C/CAN). Firmware development is an additional service — contact me to discuss details.
Can you integrate the firmware with my existing hardware?
Yes. If you already have hardware, I can adapt the firmware to it, implement drivers, optimize timing, or debug issues related to sensors, ADCs, or switching behavior.
