Do you need admin access to our system?
Ideally yes, even temporary or view only access, so I can accurately document each step. If that is not possible, a recorded walkthrough works too.
Can you include screenshots?
Yes, screenshots and troubleshooting notes are included as standard, not an add on.
What if our process changes after delivery?
Revisions are included per package tier. For larger changes, we can scope a follow up update at an agreed rate.
Is there a limit to how long each SOP can be?
Each package covers SOPs up to 3 pages. Longer or more complex processes may need a custom quote, so please let me know the scope before ordering.
Do you write SOPs for technical or software specific processes?
Yes, this is one of my strongest areas - going into a system and documenting how to use it step by step, including the sticking points. If the process involves deep technical or developer-level detail (like coding or system architecture), let's chat first to make sure it's the right fit.
Can you create process flowcharts as well as written SOPs?
Yes, flowcharts are included in the Premium package. They can be added to other tiers as an add on at an additional rate.
How do you handle confidential business information?
With discretion. I treat all process details and system access as confidential, and only use them to complete the task.
