Can you return the product?
Yes, if you include a return shipping label
Can you buy the product and incorporate that into the unboxing video price?
Sorry I cannot buy the products you product must be sent directly to me.
Will you use my product in the video?
Absolutely! I create genuine experiences in my videos so your product will be used.
Do you do revisions?
I charge 50% for revisions. A revision is an adjustment to a part of your order. If your team decides they want to change an entire script after it's done, that will be a new order. There is no cost to revise a video if I made a mistake (stated a fact incorrectly, pronounced brand name wrong)
Are there any products that you do not create videos for?
I don't do under garments, bathing suits, adult products, or eyelash perm kits.
Can I send multiple products?
Yes! But unless we discuss beforehand, all the products will appear in one video.
Can I change my accent?
No, Sorry its my aussie accent only!
