I love reading fantasy! As a beta reader, I have no triggers and prefer stories with a darker tone. Any level of spice is welcome, and nothing is too dark for me to read. I specialize in dark fantasy, romantasy, sword and sorcery, and grimdark. If my schedule allows, I am open to epic and high fantasy as well. I do not beta read paranormal, urban, portal fantasy, or any range of sci-fi (basically nothing set in our world). I love helping authors fine-tune their stories, and I comment with honest feedback/reactions as I read so you know exactly how I'm feeling in the moment as a reader. If selected, will provide a reader report focusing on plot, pacing, character development, worldbuilding, prose, and dialogue. If I notice typos, I will point them out, unless there are too many that would prevent me from providing valuable feedback and/or completing on time.
I am not an editor. I will be honest, and I do not provide empty flattery.
