Hi! Looking for a cost-efficient way to get eyes on your fiction? Look no further!
I'm an avid reader and writer, especially in romance and fantasy spaces. I have over 10 years of writing experience, and in that time, I've learned to polish prose to a professional level without sacrificing authorial voice.
But I don't expect you to take my word for it. All packages include a complimentary sample line edit, so you can decide for yourself if I'm up to the task. This is for 500 words of your choice.
Documents must be shared through either Google Docs or Ellipsus. These will only ever be seen by me unless you share them elsewhere personally.
I accept any form of Teen, YA or Adult fiction, but my preferred genres are:
- Romance
- Fantasy
- Science Fiction (Sci-Fi)
- Historical
- Thriller
- Mystery
I will not accept Non-Fiction at this time.

Do you accept Non-Fiction?
No.
How long will it take for you to provide me with a sample edit?
Unless I have prescheduled plans, they should be complete in less than 24 hours. However, this may not always be the case. I will keep you updated if I am busy or unable to complete your edit within this timeframe.
What if I'm unhappy with the final line edit?
This is why I provide a sample. If it doesn't meet your standards, I advise you to look elsewhere. If you choose to forego the sample stage and purchase the gig beforehand, I am not responsible for your dissatisfaction with my editing style. Hopefully it doesn't come to that!
Can I submit multiple short stories if they stay below the designated word count?
Yes. Feel free to make use of the full limit.
What are you going to do to my story/book?
Line editing consists of removing passive voice, excessive padding, and rephrasing sentences to improve readability. I will also attempt to catch spelling errors, but for a full proofread, I recommend seeking someone else to double-check the work.
What's stopping you from stealing my ideas/story/book if you are also a writer?
Just in case this is a concern. I promise you, I've plenty of my own ideas. I don't need yours. If you're worried about this, I encourage you to ask about them! I'll take any excuse to talk about my personal works, and hopefully, that reassures you I'm not out here looking for ideas.
Will you edit work created with generative AI?
No.
Do you accept non-original works (such as fanfiction)?
