Which package should I choose for moving or expanding my LLC?
Choose Basic if you need a filing roadmap first. Standard covers foreign registration in one additional state. Premium covers eligible domestication assistance between two states. Message me with your current state, destination state, and plans so I can confirm the scope before you order.
Can you help transfer my LLC between any two states?
Availability depends on the current and destination states, your LLC’s status, and the filing route. I’ll check the published requirements first. If your request falls outside a straightforward domestication, I’ll explain the scope limitations before you purchase filing assistance.
Will I keep my existing EIN, business bank account, and contracts?
I cannot guarantee this. EIN treatment depends on the transaction, and banks or contracting parties may require updated documents or additional steps. This service covers the agreed state filings; confirm tax consequences with your tax adviser and account requirements with your bank.
Will you close my old state registration after the move?
Only if the required origin-state filing is expressly included in our agreed scope. Do not assume the original registration has ended after a destination-state filing. We’ll identify the origin-state steps and clarify which submissions are included before starting.
Are government fees included, and how long does the process take?
Government fees, certificates of good standing, registered-agent services, and expedited processing are separate. Package delivery covers my agreed review, preparation, and submission work after receiving complete information.
