- Email/DNS: I check your public DNS records from outside. No login needed.
- Tenant audit: you run a read-only export script I provide (or grant temporary Global Reader) and I analyse the results offline.

Do we need a live call or screen-share?
No. Delivery is 100% message-based. You send your domain or run my read-only export script, and I send back the report and fixes.
Do you need admin access to my tenant?
No. The Basic package uses public DNS only. Standard and Premium use a read-only export script you run, or optional temporary Global Reader access.
Will this get my emails out of spam?
Correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC fix the most common causes. I give you the exact records to paste into Cloudflare, GoDaddy, 123-reg or any DNS host.
Will this make us Cyber Essentials certified?
It prepares your M365 setup for the Cyber Essentials technical controls and gives you an action plan. Certification itself is done by an accredited body.
Will the Conditional Access policies lock us out?
Templates are delivered in report-only mode first, with break-glass account guidance, so you can test safely before enforcing.
