HOW MAIL-IN SERVICE WORKS
1. Choose the package matching your tape count.
2. I send my U.S. mailing address and packing instructions.
3. You pay to ship the tapes to me using tracking.
4. Include a prepaid, tracked return label inside the package.
5. After tracking confirms delivery, submit the Fiverr requirements. The 7-day Fiverr delivery clock begins then, so carrier delays before arrival do not reduce processing time.
6. I digitize the tapes, send your private Drive link and return the originals with your prepaid label.
Blank or unplayable tapes are not charged as completed transfers. If a tape arrives damaged or moldy, I stop and message you before playback.

What digital files will I receive?
You receive one MP4 file per tape through a private Google Drive link available for 60 days. USB flash drive or DVD copies are optional extras.
How do I mail my tapes?
After ordering, I send my U.S. mailing address and packing instructions. You pay outbound shipping, use tracking, and include a prepaid, tracked return label inside the package.
When does the 7-day turnaround begin?
After tracking confirms delivery, submit the Fiverr requirements. Fiverr's 7-day delivery clock begins then, so carrier delays before arrival do not reduce processing time.
Will my original tapes be returned?
Yes. I return your original tapes using the prepaid, tracked return label you include inside the package.
What happens with a blank or unplayable tape?
Blank or unplayable tapes are not charged as completed transfers. I will message you through Fiverr so we can resolve the order accurately.
What if a tape is damaged or moldy?
I stop and message you before attempting playback. A tape that could damage equipment or itself may need specialist treatment and may be declined.
What if a tape contains more than 2 recorded hours?
Each included tape covers up to 2 recorded hours. Add the Extra Hour option for each additional recorded hour.
Can you transfer commercial movies or copyrighted recordings?
This service is for personal or family recordings you own or have permission to transfer. I do not copy commercial movies or unauthorized copyrighted material.
Can I share the transferred videos with family?
Yes. MP4 files are easy to save, play and share, and you may share the private Google Drive link with family during its 60-day availability.
