Please describe the required information. - Mold layout, cool runner, hot runner, number of cavities in the mold. - Number of gates, type of gate, gate location..(If there) - Plastic material, special information. - 3D files like STEP, XT, or IGS.
2nd Design the layout before run Moldflow.
Design mold layout, gate position, type of gate, runner, and cooling channel...
3rd Send the report to the Client.
I will do your Moldflow analysis report: 1. Filling time analysis. 2. Air trap analysis. 3. Weld line analysis. 4. Shrinkage analysis. 5. Warpage Analysis. 6. General report.
