I will produce a Professional American Female Voice Over a Phone greeting, Voicemail, or IVR system.
I have a professional studio with a Sennheiser MKH416 microphone and I use Adobe Audition for recording software.

Could you add music to my greeting?
Yes! Please select the "Background Music" Gig Extra at checkout. I use royalty-free music that is safe for business use. Just let me know the tone you want (e.g., professional, energetic, or relaxing).
Can you log in and record directly to my voicemail?
For security reasons, I do not log into client accounts or call into phone lines. I will deliver a high-quality audio file (MP3) that you can upload to your system or play next to your phone to record it.
I need separate files (e.g., "Press 1", "Press 2"). Is that included?
The base gig includes one single audio file. If you need your script cut into separate files, please select the "Split Files" Gig Extra (per 5 files) at checkout.
What audio format do you deliver?
I deliver a standard MP3 file, which works with most modern systems. If your system requires a high-quality WAV file (or specific u-law/a-law format), please select the "HQ Audio File" upgrade.
What is your revision policy?
I include 2 Rounds of Revisions with every order! These cover adjustments to tone, speed, or pronunciation errors. Please Note: If you change the script text after I have already delivered the audio, that will require a new order and is not covered by the free revisions.
