Each order includes 1 revision for minor changes. To achieve the best outcome, it’s key we share the same vision, direction, and pronunciation before recording. You have 10 business days for revision requests. Major changes, like full script rewrites or style shifts, require a new session fee.

Before recording, we’ll need to work together to ensure clear direction for the desired delivery. After completion, I’m happy to handle pick-ups for minor adjustments to tone or small script changes. Major changes, like a full script rewrite or style shift, will require an additional fee.

Happy to help: Each clip posted publicly on web, social media, streaming, broadcast, or for onsite events need a license: Organic/Non-Paid Placement is $50; Paid Placement (ads, boosts, promoted posts, etc.) varies. Internal, educational uses like eLearning & phone greetings don’t require a license.

If the script isn’t quite ready for native English-speaking audiences, I offer a voice-ready polish for $50-$100, based on length. Background music can be added for $50 per track, and syncing VO to video is $50 per minute of video.

I’m in the studio Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm US Central (Chicago) time. I often deliver ahead of schedule, but standard turnaround is 2-3 business days, depending on project length and complexity. Rush delivery is also available for $50/day if a guaranteed faster delivery is needed.

I record in a sound-treated isolation booth for pristine audio quality. My setup includes a Sennheiser MKH 416 microphone, RME BabyFace Pro interface, and Adobe Audition. I also use After Effects and Premiere Pro, with high-speed internet for Zoom and Source Connect sessions.

Rest assured, I always deliver as quickly as possible with quality and care! While I’d love to provide constant updates, as a solopreneur, I can either be on DMs or actually crafting your project. If you’re ever unsure about timing, check the delivery timeline. It is super precise!
