FAQ
How do I know if my design needs the Basic, Standard, or Premium package?
The easiest way is to message me your logo before ordering. Simple text or 1–2 color logos are Basic. Multi-color logos, detailed artwork, or 3D puff on a hat are Standard. Full jacket backs, sleeves, or highly complex multi-element designs are Premium. I'll recommend the right package within minute
Which machine formats do you support?
I deliver all major formats including DST, PES, JEF, VP3, HUS, EXP, EMB (Wilcom), XXX, and more. Just tell me your machine brand — Brother, Janome, Tajima, Barudan, Happy, ZSK, Pfaff, etc. and I'll deliver the exact format your machine requires.
Is my file manually digitized or auto-digitized by software?
Every file is 100% manually digitized using Wilcom, never auto-digitized. Auto-digitizing produces poor stitch paths, incorrect density, and bad underlay that causes puckering and distortion. Manual Wilcom digitizing means clean stitch maps, correct pull compensation, and a file that runs smoothly
