Normally, We require WordPress login details with the administrator role and FTP to work tasks. FTP is optional but it will speed up our working and We might ask you for cpanel details.
Can you work on more than one website.
This gig is basically for one website. If you have a bunch of websites on one server or a shared server, you can drop us a message. We will provide your best package to clean the whole server.
Why it took so long to clear my website ?
