What information do you need to provide us for the logo?
Please provide a brief description of your business, the company name you'd like included, any preferred colors or fonts, and any sample logos or sketches you like (from online sources or our portfolio). This will help us design a logo that aligns with your vision.
What does the Basic order package include?
The Basic gig includes 3 simple and minimalistic logo variations. Please note that mascot or complex designs are not included. You will receive editable, high-resolution source files for the finalized logo, along with JPG and PNG formats for your convenience.
What do you get in the HQ concepts?
Standard Package: 4 high-quality creative logo concepts, logo presentation, social media kit, vector and source files, 3D mock-up and VIP support. Premium Package: 5 ultra-high-quality logo concepts, vector files, unlimited revisions, 3D mock-up, Stationery design and Social media kit.
What do you get in Vector & Source file?
The Vector & Source files include all editable files, allowing you to change fonts, colors, and adjust the size without losing quality. These files are ideal for printing purposes and can be used in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for further customization.
What if my order gets auto completed by the Fiverr?
There’s no need to worry, this is a natural process on Fiverr. Sellers cannot manually complete the order. If Fiverr marks the order as complete automatically, simply contact us via Fiverr inbox, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
What do you get in Stationery design?
In the Stationery design package, you will receive a double-sided business card, envelope, and letterhead design, along with editable files once the design is confirmed. Please note that the stationery design will feature one finalized logo.

In the Social Media Package, you will receive banner designs using your finalized logo for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube covers.
What is the turn around time for every revision?
The typical turnaround time for revisions is 24 to 48 hours, depending on the specific modification requirements and the number of changes. We always strive to deliver revised designs within 24 hours whenever possible.
What about copyrights?
We provide unique designs tailored to your needs. However, if you require a copyright document, it can be provided for an additional fee through gig extras. You can add this during the order process or at any point during the project.
