FAQ
Why should you choose us over others?
We conduct our own in-depth research, craft unique concepts and messages, and develop the selected design through to final artwork and production-ready delivery. Every logo is 100% original, created from scratch. We are highly committed to meeting deadlines.
What Logo Styles do you do?
We specialize in all logo styles, most of which are included in our regular packages. Mascot and 3D logos, however, are priced separately. For these, we’ll provide a custom quote after reviewing the project scope.
Brief description of Basic Package?
The Basic package includes one simple logo design concept. Mascot or complex logos are not included. For custom design requests, please contact me before placing an order. The final logo will be delivered in 2848×1720 px JPG and PNG formats.
Brief description of Standard Package?
You’ll receive two high-quality logo design concepts for the same business to choose from initially. Unlimited revisions are available for your chosen concept. The final delivery will include JPG and PNG images, along with the source and vector files of the approved design.
Brief description of Premium Package?
You’ll receive three premium-quality logo design concepts for the same business to choose from initially. Unlimited revisions are available for any two concepts. Final delivery will include JPG, PNG, source file, vector file, social media kit, and stationery designs for the one finalized logo.
What is included in Social Media Kit?
The social media kit includes the optimized images of your finalized logo to be used across different social media platforms like FB, Twitter, and Instagram. Optimized images are saved in resolutions recommended by respective social media platforms for the best quality and results.
What is Copyrights Document upgrade?
The copyright document serves as proof of your ownership of the logo. While you retain full copyright even without purchasing it, this upgrade is recommended to officially document and solidify your ownership.
How long does it take for a revision?
Each revision request is typically completed within 24 hours. However, in some cases—such as weekends—it may take up to 48 hours.
Do we work on weekends?
Yes, we do offer weekend support, but it is limited. Please expect a slight delay in responses during this time.
What are Source and Vector files?
The source file (.AI) is the main editable version of your logo, allowing you to modify any element or change colors easily. The vector file (.EPS) is the highest-quality format, enabling you to print your logo at any size without losing quality—this is the format most printing vendors require.
