The copyright document serves as proof of your ownership of the logo. While you retain full copyright even without purchasing it, this upgrade is recommended to officially document and solidify your ownership.

Each revision request is typically completed within 24 hours. However, in some cases—such as weekends—it may take up to 48 hours.

Yes, we do offer weekend support, but it is limited. Please expect a slight delay in responses during this time.

The source file (.AI) is the main editable version of your logo, allowing you to modify any element or change colors easily. The vector file (.EPS) is the highest-quality format, enabling you to print your logo at any size without losing quality—this is the format most printing vendors require.
