What do you need to get started?

I'll explain what I've found and discuss the options with you. Any work outside the agreed scope will require your approval before proceeding.
Will you need access to my website?
It depends on the issue. Some fixes only require source code, while others need temporary access to a staging environment. I'll request only the access necessary for the job.
Do you offer urgent bug fixes?
Yes! Express delivery is available on all three packages. Please contact me first to confirm the issue and ensure the requested turnaround is achievable.
What happens if the bug comes back?
If the original issue persists because of my delivered fix, I'll investigate it within the agreed revision terms. Unrelated bugs or new feature requests are quoted separately.
