I will fix bugs in your website with javascript, react or CSS

About this gig
Something on your site is broken and you've already lost an afternoon to it. Send it to me instead.
I fix bugs in JavaScript, React, HTML and CSS: a button that does nothing, a form that won't submit, a layout that collapses on mobile, an API call that fails silently, errors filling the console.
HOW I WORK
I find the actual cause before touching anything. Then I fix it properly instead of patching over it, and I tell you in plain language what was wrong. If I look at your code and see the problem is bigger than one bug, I'll say so before you order rather than after.
WHAT YOU GET
- The bug fixed and tested
- - An explanation of what caused it
- - Clean code that matches the style of the rest of your project
- - No new dependencies added without asking
WHY ME
I'm a systems engineer who builds and maintains web apps in production, front end and back end. I've spent enough time debugging other people's code under pressure to be fast at it.
I reply fast and I don't disappear halfway through.
Send me the error, a screenshot or a link before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a one-bug job or something bigger.

FAQ
How do I know if my problem is one bug or several?
Send me a screenshot, the console error or a link before ordering. I'll look and tell you which package you actually need. I'd rather lose a sale than take an order I can't finish in the package you paid for.
Do I have to give you access to my whole site?
No. Usually the affected files or a repository branch are enough. If you do give me access, use a temporary account with only the permissions I need, and remove it when the order is done. I'll never ask for your main password.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you get a full refund and I tell you what I found and where the problem actually is, so the next person starts ahead instead of from zero. That has value even when the fix is out of my hands.
