If it’s just a plain color, No. I will not charge.

Can you animate the cartoons? Make them move?
That is not available at the moment. Although I am currently working on that, it will be on another gig soon.
Can I use someone besides a Celebrity?
That’s going to be under ‘Your Own Cartoon’ which is $15.
What if I want a Celebrity doing something unique?
