Hi! My name is Laura and I'm a professional voice-over artist and singer living in Wiltshire in the UK! I have been a voice artist for the last five years and enjoy every aspect from performing to editing! I love reading and using my voice, so narrating/voice-overs came to me as a very natural career path! My tone is warm, engaging and friendly.

My studio set-up includes an at-home treated space, with equipment such as a Shure SM7B microphone, Logic Pro and Volt 2 interface.

Laura Greaves is an experienced voice-over artist and narrator, she began her career as a singer-songwriter but soon discovered that she could use all of the same studio equipment to get excellent quality audio for non-music purposes too! She has now worked with companies such as Amazon, Emma Mattresses and Pets at Home for commercial VO’s and is building up her portfolio of Audiobooks alongside her regular work voicing E-Learning lessons and resources.

FAQ
How do you calculate your fee?
I figure it out based on a word-count! In the VO industry sometimes we discuss "finished hours" but this can be tricky to calculate as some finished hours can take 4-5 in reality!
What is a revision?
A revision is simply fixing an audio error on my part, such as a mispronunciation or a stumble in the editing. This does not include a re-write or errors made on the manuscript, this will have to be re-ordered.
Can I get a sample prior to ordering?
Of course! I'd be more than happy to give you a sample of my work beforehand to ensure you're happy with what I can provide!
What are ACX Standards?
The files you will receive are mastered and formatted to comply with the platform used by Audible, iTunes and many other platforms you might use to sell your audiobook.
Can you produce something I've narrated?
No, I only produce and edit my own voice work.
