No. I always work on a staging environment first — a full copy of your site where I can migrate, test, and fix everything without touching your live site. Your visitors won't notice a thing until we're 100% ready to push the changes live.
Is my site backed up before you start?
Absolutely. A complete backup (files + database) is the very first step of every migration I do. If anything goes wrong — and it won't — we can restore your site in minutes.
What happens to my old Divi 4 modules? Will they break?
No need to worry about that — that's exactly what I'm here for. I'll personally check every module on your site and identify which ones are compatible with Divi 5. For any modules that aren't compatible, I'll replace them with native Divi 5 modules, so your site keeps working perfectly
My header, footer, or fonts look different after migrating. Can you fix that?
