I will help you improve your posture, alignment, flexibility, and mobility
About this gig
My name is Lore, and my background is in both dance and aerial circus. I combine this experience with knowledge of Pilates, strength training, and fitness to create personalized classes that help you move better and feel stronger.
My sessions are designed to improve flexibility, mobility, core strength, posture, alignment, body awareness, and overall conditioning. Every class is adapted to your experience and fitness level, whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced mover.
If you have specific goals, I would love to hear about them so I can tailor each session to help you achieve them. If youre simply looking to move, feel better, and build confidence in your body, well discover your goals together.
My priority is to create safe, engaging, and effective sessions that leave you feeling stronger, accomplished, and proud of your progress.
A testimonial from one of my clients: Lore is really an amazing teacher and guide! Very patient, works with your specific level of comfort and skill, and is just overall pleasant to work with! It was an easy choice to book a whole pack of lessons. I'd implore you to do the same, especially if you are intimidated by just getting started.

FAQ
Do I need prior experience to take your classes?
Absolutely not! I regularly teach everyone from complete beginners to advanced students. I also love working with people who have no previous sports or movement experience at all, as the progress they make in the beginning is often incredible and incredibly rewarding to witness!
Do I need any special equipment?
It will depend on your goals. If any specific equipment would be beneficial, I’ll let you know in advance. I like to keep things simple, so to get started, all you’ll need is your body and a comfortable yoga or exercise mat.
How many lessons per week are recommended?
For general progress and body conditioning, I usually find that two sessions per week is a great starting point. It helps maintain consistency, build momentum, and supports faster progress. If you can only take a lesson once a week at the beginning, that’s absolutely fine.
Can we organize a semi private/group class?
Yes, absolutely! Feel free to send me your request with the details, and I’ll be happy to organize a group session for you.
I’m only available at certain times of the day or week. How can we organize the lessons?
I adapt my schedule to my clients’ availability. I can teach in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on your time zone and schedule. I’m quite flexible, so we’ll always find a time that works for your lessons.
Are the classes done online with live video (camera on)?
Yes, classes are held online via Google Meet with live video. This allows me to demonstrate movements, guide execution, and observe your form to give personalized corrections for safe, effective practice. If you’re not comfortable with this for any reason, let me know and we can find an alternative.
