FAQ
Which platforms do you work on?
I specialize in fixing, redesigning, and troubleshooting landing pages built on Carrd, Systeme.io, Wix, and WordPress.
What information do you need to get started?
I will need editor/admin access to your platform, your custom domain setup details (if fixing domain issues), and a brief explanation or screenshot/screen recording of the problem you are facing.
Can you fix my custom domain or SSL "Not Secure" issue?
Yes! I can diagnose and fix broken DNS records (A Records, CNAMEs), subdomain configurations, and SSL certificate errors to get your page live securely.
Will my website experience downtime while you fix the issue?
No. In almost all cases, fixes are tested and applied without disturbing your site’s live availability or causing unnecessary downtime.
What if my issue requires custom coding or a platform limitation?
If a bug is caused by a platform-level bug or requires third-party API configurations outside the gig scope, I will inform you immediately with clear diagnostic feedback and actionable next steps.
Do you offer a full redesign if my landing page looks outdated?
Yes! If your landing page is functionally working but looks unappealing, poorly aligned, or outdated, I can completely redesign the layout, typography, and visual structure on Carrd, Systeme.io, Wix, or WordPress.
Can you fix responsive design issues on mobile phones and tablets?
Absolutely. I will fix overlapping text, broken columns, misaligned buttons, and awkward spacing to ensure your landing page renders cleanly across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
