During the time of your session, it is most helpful if you can be in a relaxed, peaceful state. It can be just relaxing quietly, meditating or even sleeping. All you really need to do is relax and open your soul to receive the healing energies.

Please send me the couple's names, genders and the names of anyone else involved in the healing. Sending photos is nice also as it deepens the connection during our time together. You can also send me a brief description of why you are seeking this healing and what you would like to accomplish.

I always suggest that you listen for that little intuitive voice that tells you that specific healing would be a good idea. I can always offer suggestions if you would like. If so, feel free to contact me. But I have found that healing works best when it just feels right to you.
