What if you cannot fix the problem?
If I cannot fix it, I will explain why and you can cancel the order for a full refund through Fiverr. I never leave your site worse than I found it, and I always take a backup first.
Is hosting included?
No. I work on the site inside the hosting account you already have. If the problem is on your host's side, I will tell you exactly what to ask their support team.
What access do you need?
A WordPress admin login. For some fixes I may also need hosting or file access, and I will ask before using it. You can remove my access as soon as the job is done.
