Both. Lotuz Studio is an architecture firm, so we can develop the concept from a sketch, a site boundary or a written brief. If you already have a SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max model we can also render it directly - just tell us which one you need.

SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Corona Renderer, Lumion, D5 Render and Photoshop. We deliver source files so your local team can keep working on the model after handover.

Yes - that is our core work. We have delivered 31 master-planned projects, including resorts in Ghana, Tanzania and Dominica, and coastal communities in Cyprus. Choose Concept + Masterplan, or the Full Concept Package.

Whatever you already have: hand sketches, a written brief, 2D plans in DWG or PDF, a site boundary or survey, and reference images of the style you like. If you only have a location and an idea, we can still start.

2 revisions in Concept Start, 3 in Concept + Masterplan, 5 in the Full Concept Package. Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope. A new building, or a different site, is a new order.

Yes. We work with developers and architecture firms, and we sign NDAs on request. We will not publish your project in our portfolio without your written permission.
