About this Gig
"You never get a second chance to make a first impression."
In my sessions, I focus on teaching the key details to create a strong foundation for you to build all of your interviews on. My goal is to not only help you with your next interview, but teach you key skillsets that can help you with all interviews for the rest of your life.
I give concise and personal feedback and tips to help you create a strong first impression and help you stand out from your competitors.
The sessions will go over every small detail (intro, answer structure, content of answers, what interviewers are focused on, pre-interview prep/networking, questions to ask, body language, etc.). I then focus on the mock interview/exercises. Every client is different and unique so I create specific exercises to best help them in the areas they would like to improve on.
All sessions are recorded and clients will be provided an agenda to help guide the conversation, making it easier for them to focus on the concepts, ask questions and learn. The sessions are geared toward helping clients as I understand these interviews can change their lives.

Do you work with people who are applying to smaller jobs?
Of course. No matter the size of the company, every interview is just as important as the other. The skills and knowledge I will share are relevant to any company size, and industry.
Do you work with all comfort levels when it comes to interviewing?
For sure. Interviewing can be stressful and nerve-wrecking for some, however, I adjust what I share so it personally helps you and your situation. During my prior interviewing workshops, I've had students from all backgrounds. The key is being yourself, and we will build from there.
How important is it to build relationships, and how will this help me?
Relationship building is the most important part out of the three services I am offering. 90% of the opportunities I've received are from relationship building. I'll share how you can create and find your own opportunities just solely off of building effective relationships, and any one can do them.

I had to work very hard growing up, through school, and throughout career. I wasn't "born with talent," and I didn't have all of the resources around me. With the help of my mentors, I was able to learn skills that helped my career. As a mentor to many, I am sharing that knowledge, and guiding you.
