Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes! Please contact me first to confirm your product details and shipping information before placing an order.
How do I send my product to you?
After we finalize the order, I will provide you with my shipping address. You are responsible for all shipping costs, including returns.
Where is your studio located?
I am based in Germany, near Frankfurt am Main. You will receive my shipping address once we have discussed the details of your order.
Can I get my product back after the photoshoot?
Yes! If you want your product returned, please include a prepaid return label in your shipment. If you do not need it back, I can keep or dispose of it upon request. I store products for up to 15 days after the shoot.
Do you provide RAW files?
No, I only deliver fully edited, high-quality JPEGs. If you need special edits, let me know!
Can I get a transparent or colored background instead of white?
Yes! I offer transparent or colored backgrounds for +$10 per image. Contact me for a custom order.
What if I need more photos than the package includes?
No problem! You can add extra photos for $25 per image when placing your order.
Do you offer lifestyle photography with props or models?
Currently, I specialize in studio photography on a white background. If you need lifestyle shots, feel free to ask, and I can see what’s possible.
