Did you Guarantee inbox delivery?
No, we didn't guarantee for inboxing because its depends on filters of receiving servers. Specially gmail, yahoo & hotmail. Please keep in mind that this is a brand new server with a new IP address and it is unknown and has no reputation for any of the email providers
Why the mails going to spam on big ESPs like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Office365 etc on Fresh new server?
When we create fresh server with fresh IPs and domain, than at that time the sender reputation is neutral. That's why mails are landed to SPAM box on big ESPs. You must build reputation of your server IPs by warming up them. After you build reputation of your IPs, than your mails will go to INBOX.
What is IP warming ? Did you provide this services ?
IP warming is the practice of gradually increasing the volume of mail sent with a dedicated IP address according to a schedule. This gradual process helps to establish a reputation with ISPs & ESPs as a legitimate sender. We will not provide warm-up services but provide you how-to-do guide.
What happens, if our SMTP servers suspended by host due to spamming reason ?
Each VPS provider has its own rules, and you must abide by them. If you start sending a huge amount of emails a day, it is likely that your account will be blocked. Therefore, it is very important to warm up your server depending on how many emails per day / month you need.
