GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini for chat and reasoning, text-embedding-3-large for vector embeddings, Whisper for audio transcription and DALL-E 3 for image generation where needed. Model selection depends on your cost, quality and latency requirements — we advise on this before you order.
Can you build a RAG chatbot using our internal SharePoint or PDF documents?
Yes — Azure Document Intelligence handles PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, images and SharePoint integration. The Azure RAG Build package covers full document ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing and retrieval end to end.
Is this GDPR compliant? Will our data be sent to OpenAI?
With Azure OpenAI (not the OpenAI API directly), your data stays within your Azure tenant in EU regions. Microsoft's data processing agreement for Azure OpenAI explicitly covers GDPR. Your data is not used for model training. This is the critical distinction for European clients.
Can you deploy this so non-technical staff can use it — not just via API?
