Simple yet eye-catching designs. Clean coding (so it's easy to find where to modify your content),  basic but effective interactivity (LK Comics navigation images change when mouse-over to complete the "character situation"... it's pretty cool).
One page deal, but it will be flexible enough for you to use in a site-wide design.
Pages built with HTML/CSS only.
Please be as specific as possible when ordering. I probably won't get it exactly the way you imagine, but it WILL be good.
