We are a Canadian marketing company (dienodigital.com) in Vancouver, British Columbia has been in business since 2001. I am the technical lead, web designer, developer and project manager for all of our 300+ clients. This gig includes setting up a completely custom designed website, built for speed and performance that will adhere to all SEO and GEO requirements + has the options of expanding to ecommerce if needed.
There are no additional fees. My company's infrastructure allows us to host and launch your website at no additional costs --- you own the website and can move it at any time. Depending on the nature of your website we will develop it in custom or use a CMS such as Wordpress. Either way, at the end of the day you can choose to have us provide all of the files and move it to any host of your choice.

Is my website custom?
Yes! Your website is completely custom designed, and developed. We do not use themes or templates, every website is built for the business sector you are in.
Can I host my website wherever I want?
Yes! You can choose to continue to host with us or we will provide you with all of the files you need to transfer your website somewhere else.
Do you use AI to develop and build your websites?
We use a combination of manual developement and AI to streamline our operational processes. However, we do not use AI templates or templated prompts.
What exactly do I get with my website?
We will custom design, launch and setup your website to index on Google Search Console. We also by default setup Google Analytics for every single website we launch and a dashboard where you can view your websites performance on a monthly basis. Message me for more details.
Is this a team? Or one person?
I am the technical lead and developer -- my company has a small team who may work on the project depending on workload here in Vancouver, but for the most part you will always be dealing with just me.
