Do I need my own Apple Developer account?
Yes, if you want to publish your app on the App Store, you must enroll in the Apple Developer Program under your own account. The standard membership costs $99/year in the US and is paid directly to Apple. This fee is not included in my development pricing.
Is my app guaranteed to be accepted by the Apple App Store?
No. Apple independently reviews all submitted apps and determines whether they meet its guidelines. Approval is never guaranteed, and Apple may reject an app or request changes. Development of your app does not guarantee App Store publication.
Will you publish my app to the App Store?
App Store submission and publication are not included in these packages. The service covers development and delivery of the agreed application. App Store submission, review responses, and any changes required by Apple would need to be arranged separately.
Will I own my app and receive the source code?
Yes. You'll receive the completed source code and agreed project deliverables. You'll control your own Apple Developer account and any third-party service accounts. This allows you to continue developing and maintaining your application after delivery.
Are there any monthly or yearly costs after development?
There may be, depending on your app's features. Apple Developer membership, hosting, databases, external APIs, and other third-party services are paid directly by you. I'll discuss any anticipated paid services with you before development begins.
Can you build custom features, and how will I test the app?
Yes! Features depend on your selected package and the agreed scope. Please message me before ordering to discuss your requirements. We'll also confirm how you'll receive and test the app, since testing methods may require an Apple Developer account.
