FAQ
I'm not technical. Will I be able to use the script?
Yes. Every delivery includes a simple step-by-step guide, and the Premium package includes a usage video. If you can double-click a file, you can run my scripts.
What do you need from me to start?
A description of the task (screenshots or a short screen recording are perfect) and a small sample of your files or data if relevant.
Can you automate anything?
Honestly: no, and I'll tell you upfront. Some tasks can't be automated reliably (e.g. sites with anti-bot protection) and some are outside my skills. Message me before ordering — if I can't do it well, I'll tell you straight away instead of wasting your time and money.
What if the script doesn't work?
If the delivered script doesn't do what we agreed on and you can show me the issue (a screenshot or error message is enough), I'll fix it for free. If I can't make it work as agreed, you get a refund through Fiverr's resolution system. I'd rather lose an order than deliver something broken.
What if a bug shows up later?
Serious bugs in the agreed functionality are fixed for free, even after the order is closed (within 30 days of delivery). Note: new features or changes to the original scope are a new order — but fixing what I promised is always on me.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your files are used only to build and test your script, never shared with anyone, and deleted after the order is complete. If your data is sensitive, you can send a small anonymized sample instead — that's usually all I need.
Will it work on my computer? Do I need to buy anything?
I'll ask about your system (Windows/Mac) before starting and deliver something that runs on it. No paid software needed — everything I use is free. If anything needs to be installed, the guide covers it step by step.
I don't know how to explain what I need in technical terms. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that's my job, not yours. Just describe what you do manually, in plain words ("every Monday I copy numbers from these PDFs into a spreadsheet..."). I'll ask the right questions and translate it into a script.
Do I own the script?
Yes, 100%. You get the full source code and can use, modify or share it freely. No locks, no subscriptions, no dependency on me.
