Will you use custom code (Apex) or only declarative tools?
I follow a clicks-not-code approach and build with Flows and configuration whenever possible. I only escalate to Apex or LWC when your use case truly requires it, keeping your org clean and maintainable.
Can you connect the agent to my existing CRM data?
