Do I need a Vapi or Retell account before ordering?
No. I'll guide you through setup as part of onboarding. You'll need a paid plan, I'll recommend the right tier based on your expected call volume. Twilio is required for phone number provisioning at Standard and Premium tiers.
Can the AI book into my existing calendar software?
Yes Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity Scheduling, and GoHighLevel Calendar are all supported at Standard and Premium tiers.
Will it sound robotic to my callers?
No. Vapi and Retell use ultra-realistic voices from ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and PlayHT. Most callers cannot tell it is AI. I'll send voice samples for you to choose from before building.
What CRMs do you integrate with?
