How many revisions do I get?
It depends on your package — Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2, and Premium 3. Revisions cover refinements to the direction we've already agreed on (colors, layout, small adjustments) — not a completely new concept.
What file formats will I receive?
All packages include PNG (transparent background), JPG, and vector PDF — ready to use anywhere, from web to print. Standard and Premium also include the source file.
Do I own full rights to the logo?
Yes. Once the project is complete and delivered, you own full commercial rights to your logo and brand assets — no attribution or licensing required.
How long does delivery take?
Basic: 2 days. Standard: 3 days. Premium: 5 days. Delivery starts after you complete the requirements form — the faster you send the details, the faster I start.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your business name, industry, style references (2-3 logos/brands you like), and any color or style preferences. The more specific your references, the fewer revisions we'll need.
What if I don't like the initial concepts?
We'll discuss what's not working and adjust within your included revisions. To avoid this entirely, send clear references upfront — it's the single biggest factor in getting it right on the first try.
Can I get a rush delivery?
Yes, 24h rush delivery is available as an add-on for an extra fee, depending on the package.
Can I upgrade my package after placing an order?
Yes — just send me a message and I'll send a custom offer for the difference.
Do you design logos for any industry?
Yes, I work across industries. If your project needs specific research or symbolism (highly technical or regulated fields), let me know in advance so I can account for that in the concept phase.
Do you offer refunds?
I don't offer refunds once concepts have been delivered, since the work has already been done. If something isn't working, let's talk — I'll always try to solve it within the scope of your package first.
