Which social media platforms can you audit?
I audit Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok. Each account or page counts as one profile. Basic covers one profile; Standard and Premium cover two profiles belonging to the same brand. For other platforms or multiple brands, please message me before ordering.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No passwords or account access are required. I work with public profiles and any analytics screenshots or exports you choose to share. If your account is private, please contact me first so we can confirm that the available materials are sufficient.
Can you audit my profiles without analytics?
Yes. I can assess your positioning, messaging, content and calls to action using public information. Without private analytics, I cannot assess metrics such as reach, saves, link clicks or audience demographics unless they are supplied. I will make those limitations clear in the report.
Is this a complete social media strategy?
This is a focused audit of your existing presence. Standard and Premium also include a 30-day plan for implementing the findings. A full strategy involving deeper audience research, long-term positioning and an extensive content plan is a separate service.
Will you create or publish content for me?
Content production, design, video editing, scheduling and account management are not included. Premium includes four rewrites of existing captions or short text posts, up to 200 words each. These demonstrate how to apply the recommendations; they do not include graphics or video production.
Can you guarantee more followers, leads or sales?
No. Results depend on your offer, audience, execution and other factors outside this audit. I will identify weaknesses, explain my findings and recommend practical improvements. Where analytics are available, I will use them to help prioritize the recommendations.
What does the included revision cover?
One consolidated round of feedback to clarify findings, correct factual misunderstandings or refine recommendations within the agreed brief. It does not cover additional profiles, new business objectives, new content produced after the audit or a fresh analysis of updated results.
Is this suitable for a new or inactive account?
The audit is most useful when you already have published content. If you have fewer than 15 posts, I will review what is available. For an account with no content, please contact me before ordering: a launch strategy may be more useful than an audit.
How does the Premium consultation work?
After preparing the initial findings, we will arrange a 45-minute video consultation through Fiverr before final delivery. We will discuss your questions, available resources and implementation priorities. Please allow time to attend the session within the order schedule.
Do you review paid advertising campaigns?
No. This Gig focuses on your organic social media presence. Please identify any promoted posts so I can interpret the available results appropriately. Advertising account audits, campaign setup and media buying are outside this service.
