What do you need from me to start?
Three things: what the bot should do, your FAQ/documents or website text it should answer from, and a free Telegram bot token from BotFather (takes 2 minutes — I will guide you, or you can hand me the token and I do everything).
Can the bot answer questions it was not programmed for?
The AI packages answer from your own materials and say politely that they do not know when something is outside them, then offer your contact details — they do not invent prices or policies.
Where does the bot run?
On a small server under your control. I deploy it for you in the Standard and Premium packages and show you how to restart it; a tiny VPS costing a few dollars a month is enough.
Can you build for WhatsApp or a website instead?
