A UX review of your website performed by a professional product and user experience designer.
I will write a detailed, data-driven, report looking at areas of your website that can be improved to reduce bounce rate, improve conversions, user retention, and user experience.
Each package offers a detailed report and a list of actionable items.
If you request the Standard or Premium package, you will be provided with information such as:
- SEO optimisation
- Broken links
- Website accessibility
- Page load times and improvements
- Image optimisation
- Visual examples and screenshots
- User scenario testing if requested
If requesting a user scenario, which is available from the Standard package and up. I will write a detailed report on how I found the task and how you can improve it for future users. You can ask me to perform a task such as:
- Signing up
- Adding an item to cart
- Finding an item
- Any other goal

What experience do you have?
I currently work full-time as a product designer, where I work primarily on web applications and websites. Prior to that, I have been working as a UX designer for 8+ years and a UI designer for 10+ years.
What is a test scenario?
You can specify a scenario you would like me to perform on your website. These are things such as signing up, adding an item to cart, finding an item and so on. I will write a detailed report on how I found the task and anything you can do to improve it to retain more users.
