Hi I'm Lucera. A technologist, and entrepreneur based out of Washington state. For the last several years, I have had the pleasure of working with many startups to improve the efficiency of their business using data and automation. Whether it be creating a system that automatically formats and sends patient diagnosis letters for doctors' offices, to building complex customer journey automations for Fintech companies, to automating helpdesks, surveys and anything in between - I do a bit of everything. I am a critical thinker, problem solver, and I will help you get your project done right!

FAQ
Should I contact you before placing my order?
Yes, please do. This way I can get a better understanding of what your needs are before we get started!
Why should I work with you?
As someone who hires frequently, I have found a huge value in hiring contractors who are problem solvers, and self-starters. I am both, and also a native English speaker, who can understand your business needs and deliver the project as desired. I am also very experienced with Mailchimp journeys!
Will you write my email copy?
No, I do not write copy, but I will provide email placeholders and labels that make it super easy to insert your emails where the belong in your customer journey workflow.

I'm juggling so much all at once and techy stuff is not my strong point. Lucera did an exceptional job of executing what I needed for automation of a Welcome Letter. Here's the kicker... we ran into some road blocks with her getting onto the website and she handled everything with such grace and patience....
