If you can't find similar work in our portfolio, message us before ordering to discuss a small free test sample. We agree on its scope first; it is not a complete illustration.

We discuss your idea and references, then share progress previews from sketch to final details. For colored packages, this includes color and lighting stages. You approve the composition before we finish the artwork.

If agreed with you, we can use AI to explore an initial concept, then manually redraw and customize it, fix AI errors and add your requested details. If you prefer a workflow without AI, please tell us before ordering.

All packages include high-resolution PNG/JPG files. Premium also includes a layered PSD. For Basic and Standard, the source file is available as an extra.

Basic includes 2 revisions; Standard and Premium include 3. Please request composition changes at the sketch stage. After approval, revisions cover minor adjustments. A new concept or major changes to approved artwork require an additional quote.

Delivery is 3 days for Basic, 5 days for Standard and 7 days for Premium. Complex custom projects may need more time. Please message us before ordering to confirm the scope and deadline.

Yes, commercial use is included in all packages. Please tell us how you plan to use the artwork so we can prepare suitable dimensions and files.
