I'm already a professional video game tester, and starting to go into the realm of interviewing developers.
Being a gamer since birth (some say I was holding a controller when I came into the world), I can definitely advise what things are missing in your game and what's something that just doesn't work.
I already have tons of examples and testimonials from developers that were unsure if my services were needed, but after delivering the full video they realized the true value and how important it is to have not only an experienced game tester but also to see the real reactions of a gamer to see if everything is clear, to wondering if it's fun for the average gamer.
